Nutty Delights Granola with Nuts & Fruits

|Gluten-free oat flakes||100g|
|Honey / Agave syrup||As per your taste|
|Nutty Delights Sliced Almonds||2 tbs|
|Nutty Delights Pumpkin Seeds||1 tbs|
|Nutty Delights Hazelnut Pieces||2 tbs|
|Nutty Delights Walnut pieces||2 tbs|
|Nutty Delights Frutti Berry Mix||3 tbs|
|Nutty Delights Dates Pieces||1 tbs|
|White Chocolate (sugar-free)||As per your taste|
- Heat a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Once melted, add our selection of nuts and stir until they change colour slightly, without getting too toasted or burnt.
- Then add the oat flakes and honey or agave syrup and stir a few times.
- Add the Frutti Berry Mix and the Dates Pieces, lower the heat and stir until the sticky bits form.
- Leave to cool, and once cool add the chocolate chips and separate the sticky bits into smaller bits.
