Nutty Delights Granola with Nuts & Fruits

A nutritious and crunchy gluten-free bowl of granola with nuts, seeds & dried fruits, perfect for breakfast or healthy snacking
ABOUT THIS RECIPE:
2 servings 10 minutes Easy
INGREDIENTS:
Gluten-free oat flakes | 100g |
Butter | 1 tbs |
Honey / Agave syrup | As per your taste |
Nutty Delights Sliced Almonds | 2 tbs |
Nutty Delights Pumpkin Seeds | 1 tbs |
Nutty Delights Hazelnut Pieces | 2 tbs |
Nutty Delights Walnut pieces | 2 tbs |
Nutty Delights Frutti Berry Mix | 3 tbs |
Nutty Delights Dates Pieces | 1 tbs |
White Chocolate (sugar-free) | As per your taste |
RECIPE:
- Heat a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Once melted, add our selection of nuts and stir until they change colour slightly, without getting too toasted or burnt.
- Then add the oat flakes and honey or agave syrup and stir a few times.
- Add the Frutti Berry Mix and the Dates Pieces, lower the heat and stir until the sticky bits form.
- Leave to cool, and once cool add the chocolate chips and separate the sticky bits into smaller bits.
