Golden jumbo raisins are hard to resist snack many of us remember from our childhoods. Our parents were on to a good thing: they’re extremely low in fat, cholesterol, and sodium, high in fibre and a good source of iron. They’re also mostly sugar, which is probably why they were so appealing to us when we were small.
