Ingredients
- 280 g of flour
- 110 g of milk
- 1/2 egg
- 40 g of fat free greek yogurt
- 30 g of honey/ agave syrup
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 10 g of bread yeast
- 2 tsp of orange flower blossom (optional)
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- chocolate chips
- dried strawberries
Instructions:
- Mix the flour, yeast & salt.
- Add the egg, milk, fat free greek yogurt & agave syrup. Mix well until the dough is homogenous and fibrous.
- Cover this mixture for 1h30 at room temperature.
- De-gas the dough and divide it into three sections and transfer to an oven dish. Cover for another 45min.
- Brush the top with milk. Bake at 180° for 25min. Voilà!
Turn on the oven at 180°.
