    Chocolate hazelnut filling:

    55g dark chocolate

    85g hazelnut butter

    2 tbsp maple syrup

    Pancakes:

    • 180g (1.5 cup) all-purpose flour
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 375 ml(1.5 cup) buttermilk
    • 1 large egg
    • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
    • 30g butter, melted

    Prepare the filling

    Add dark chocolate , hazelnut butter to a bowl add melt in a microwave in intervals of 30 secs. Add maple syrup and give it a mix. This tastes exactly like nutella and its so delicious. Let it cool and thicken.

    Pipe round dots of the filling on a parchment paper and chill it.

    For the pancake :

    Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix .

    In a separate bowl add buttermilk, egg, coconut sugar , and melted butter , whisk nicely . Mix wet and the dry ingredients .

    Do not overmix , if few lumps of flour remain in the batter that is alright.

    Heat a pan , add butter . Scoop the pancake batter and cook on medium-high heat . You can use cookie cutters for a perfect round shape. keep the chocolate round in the center of the pancake and top it with little more batter to cover the chocolate . Once you see few bubbles flip the pancake.

    Drizzle the pancake with more chocolate spread . Top with hazelnuts and berries . Drizzle some maple syrup if you want and enjoy.
