    • 280 g of flour
    • 110 g of milk
    • 1/2 egg
    • 40 g of fat free greek yogurt
    • 30 g of honey/ agave syrup
    • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
    • 10 g of bread yeast
    • 2 tsp of orange flower blossom (optional)
    • 1 tsp of vanilla essence
    • chocolate chips
    • dried strawberries 

Instructions

    Instructions:

    1. Mix the flour, yeast & salt.
    2. Add the egg, milk, fat free greek yogurt & agave syrup. Mix well until the dough is homogenous and fibrous.
    3. Cover this mixture for 1h30 at room temperature.
    4. De-gas the dough and divide it into three sections and transfer to an oven dish. Cover for another 45min.

    Turn on the oven at 180°.

    1. Brush the top with milk. Bake at 180° for 25min. Voilà!
