Ingredients
- Gluten-free oat flakes 100g
- Butter 1 tbs
- Honey / Agave syrup As per your taste
- Sliced Almonds 2 tbs
- Pumpkin Seeds 1 tbs
- Hazelnut Pieces 2 tbs
- Walnut pieces 2 tbs
- Frutti Berry Mix 3 tbs
- Dates Pieces 1 tbs
- White Chocolate (sugar-free) As per your taste
Instructions:
- Heat a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Once melted, add our selection of nuts and stir until they change colour slightly, without getting too toasted or burnt.
- Then add the oat flakes and honey or agave syrup and stir a few times.
- Add the Frutti Berry Mix and the Dates Pieces, lower the heat and stir until the sticky bits form.
- Leave to cool, and once cool add the chocolate chips and separate the sticky bits into smaller bits.
- ENJOY!
